WestRun 2012

Arrangements have now been confirmed for the 2012 westRun in July.

Friday 27th;        Static Display at the Spanish Arch Galway from approx 1pm - 5.30pm

Friday evening;    Get together with dancing and finger food at the Clayton Hotel, Ballybrit.

Saturday Morning;    Departing the Clayton Hotel for Ballinrobe Co Mayo where there will be entertainment; activities and reserved parking in the town for participants in the run.

Saturday Evening;    Return to Galway and the Clayton Hotel for the Dinner and Dance.

Secure underground parking at the hotel will be available to participants.

The Clayton Hotel will now accept bookings from participants who wish to overnight.  A very special rate of €99 B&B per room [single or double occupancy] has been agreed. This rate is available for both the friday night and the saturday night. Persons booking should mention the WVVMC to get this special rate. Contact the hotel on 091 721900.
