The Heritage Run to Bunratty Castle and Folk Park will be held on Sunday 20th May 2012.
This run will coincide with a vist to Galway by the Knighton Historic Vehicle Club from Wales who will Participate in the run with us.

Welcome to the Western Veteran and Vintage Motor Club

The club which is believed to be the second oldest in Ireland was established in 1977 by a number of enthusiasts in Galway and has gone from strength to strength ever since. We are one of the most prestigious clubs in the country with a current membership of almost 200. We have members from all over Ireland as well as Great Britain.
The objects of the club include the promotion of an interest in Veteran, Vintage and Classic cars and the organisation of runs and rallies for these vehicles. To be a member of the club, it is not necessary to own a classic vehicle.
This website will, hopefully, serve to keep our members, and indeed other enthusiasts, abreast of developments within the club as well as promoting the club worldwide.
