Seán McGreevy, active member and  former president of the club has  won the Brooklands Trophy 2009 for his efforts in organising events and increasing membership in the Mercedes Benz Motor Club.
Most Mercedes owners in our club are now also members of the Mercedes Benz Club and Seán has also increased the number of Mercedes cars attending the WestRun from around the country.
When on the committee , he played a part in creating a greater awareness of the club and increasing membership numbers.
